Who we are
magiSTREAK manages early-stage screening and expressions of interest for roles within our wider group. We review your details, assess alignment with active opportunities, and may pass suitable candidates to the relevant group recruiting partner for the next stage of the process.
What we collect

- Screening responses and assessment results
- Anything else you choose to tell us
How we use it
- To review your suitability for roles currently available within the group
- To conduct initial screening
- To communicate with you about your submission
- To pass aligned candidates to the group recruiting partner for further consideration
Who we share it with
Only the group recruiting partner responsible for progressing aligned candidates. magiSTREAK does not sell, rent, trade or monetise your data.
How long we keep it
- If you're not aligned with a current role, your personal data is deleted shortly after initial screening, usually within 7 days.
- Identity data is usually removed within 30 days.
- If you opt in to role updates, we keep only your email address and role category.
- If you don't opt in, all personal data is removed after screening.
- Minimal non-personal operational data may be retained.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, at any time using the form on this page. Privacy requests are handled only through this website.
